If you’re looking for individualized programming, 1:1 coaching is for you. You may feel that you need a little extra support, or perhaps you have a specific goal that you are training for. Whatever the case, I’m excited to help you achieve it!

1:1 coaching is fully remote, delivered through my app, giving you the flexibility to complete your workouts on your schedule, regardless of time zones.

All run coaching also includes strength training! I want you to be the strongest runner possible, and decrease the risk of any injuries.

Includes:

  • Initial consult call via Zoom to discuss your goals
  • Personalized programming delivered through my app
  • Feedback on your sessions
  • Weekly check in to see how you are going and make adjustments to your workouts as needed
  • The opportunity to submit videos for technique feedback if you wish  

$199/month. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
