If you’re looking for individualized programming, 1:1 coaching is for you. You may feel that you need a little extra support, or perhaps you have a specific goal that you are training for. Whatever the case, I’m excited to help you achieve it!

Coaching is a relationship, and I want to make sure that we are the right fit for each other. After you have submitted the below form, we will set up a free consult over Zoom to discuss your goals.

1:1 coaching is fully remote, delivered through my app, giving you the flexibility to complete your workouts on your schedule, regardless of time zones.

All run coaching also includes strength training! I want you to be the strongest runner possible, and decrease the risk of any injuries.

Includes:

  • Initial running assessment with software available for a virtual option (usually $149)
  • Individualized run coaching specifically for your goal race that will progress and adjust as needed
  • Individualized strength coaching using your history, and the results from your running assessment to tailor the plan.
  • Stretch/mobility workouts to keep you moving well and reduce risk of injury 
  • Pre & post race taper guidelines
  • A detailed athlete handbook that dives deeper into the how and why of certain workouts, and answers FAQ’s
  • A detailed race plan for the day of your race
  • Hydration/nutrition recommendations for your race
  • Support from me through the messaging feature within my app
  • Check ins each weekday to see how you are going and make adjustments to your workouts as needed
 

Investment: $299CAD/month. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
