It’s not a generic workout PDF.

It’s a structured, easy-to-follow system built specifically for runners  by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and runner, who actually gets how running and strength should work together.

Running Strength 101 was built for runners who want to feel confident in the gym (or at home), move well, and finally understand how strength training fits into a smart running plan.

This 8 week  program is the place to start to learn the foundations of running-specific strength, taught in a supportive setting, with guidance every step of the way.
