👉🏼What: Kettlebell Windmill

👉🏼Why: Improves stabilization, coordination, strength, & mobility across a wide range of joints!

👉🏼How:
•Feet shoulder width or slightly wider, One foot pointed out to the side, kettlebell is held up above shoulder

•Other hand to inside of thigh and shift weight towards that side as you lower your hand down your leg

•Keep weight stacked above shoulder and eyes on the kettlebell as you lower down, and return to start

You just do it, cause it’s good for your health

Exercise should be the same way

Not a “do it when your motivated”

A do it cause it’s so good for your health

As they say, if the benefits of exercise were in pill form, it would be a bajillion dollar product

Start small, start slow, start light, just start 😘
